Autumn Ridge Home Improvement

Autumn Ridge Home Improvements is an amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone! They completed total renovations in our bathroom and kitchen, installed a new water heater, replaced old cast iron plumbing, and did interior painting. We also had a new roof and all new siding done as well. In the kitchen and bathroom they laid new tile flooring, along with tile on the shower walls. The tile work is exquisite! They really took their time and made sure it looked perfect. Bobby is a perfectionist and makes sure all the work is done to the highest standards. They installed new kitchen cabinets as well, and even caught a measuring mistake from made by the contractor from Home Depot! We should have just has Bobby do it In the first place :) The care and professionalism of Bobby and his crew are unmatched! We had several surprise issues that sprung up during the process (no fault of Autumn Ridge, just things that were discovered during the work being done, such as the main drain pipe being broken for probably years) and Bobby and his team didn’t blink an eye, they just kept rolling with the punches! Throughout the entire time of our renovations, Bobby continually kept us updated on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. He encourages you to voice any concerns or questions, and he promptly addresses them. He was on the job site daily, and Bobby and his crew were on time every single day. In fact, we really enjoyed having all of the crew around, and even missed them after the work was done! A really great group of guys! They always worked extremely hard the whole time while on the job and always cleaned up after themselves as well. If all of this is not amazing enough, Bobby’s rates are very reasonable. We are beyond thrilled with all of the beautiful work completed by Autumn Ridge. It feels like we are living in a brand new house! Thank you Autumn Ridge!!!!! We will use them for any and all projects in the future.

I contacted Autumn Ridge to get a roofing estimate on a minor repair to my garage roof.  Bobby came out right away and inspected the job and the entire roof informing me of the overall condition.  His crew was able to get the small job done right away at a reasonable price.  I will definitely call them again for my next project

The overall process went very well.  Bobby with Autumn Ridge was very punctual about following up with every little detail.  He explained the entire process from start to finish right off the bat.  I had serious wind and hail damage and Bobby personally met with my insurance adjustor to get them to cover the work.  The work was performed in November when the weather was hit or miss but Bobby kept in constant contact with me to let me know when they could and couldn't come out to replace my work.  I chose to upgrade to the architectural shingles and my roof looks great.  The crew was fast but did a great job.  Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Autumn Ridge and I would use them again if I needed a roof replaced.
