After they finally got here, Ray did a fine, professional job. The work was first rate. They were scheduled to come early on a Friday morning. They did not come and did not call. I called them and they assured me that they would get back with me within an hour on a new scheduled time. They did not call back. On Monday they did not call me. On Tuesday I called them again. Eventually they called back to say that their technician would be there that afternoon. He did come that afternoon.
