He came right out and took them away. He's very honest, and fair. I would reocmmend him to anybody. His price was right in the middle of the quotes I received and he and his crew do amazing work. They make sure to take care of everything.

I am a repeat customer of Vidito, they did lots of tree work for us at our old house. We moved to a new neighborhood and this home had two super tall bizillion feet high old pine trees that were ruining the patio area and the sidewalk area on the west side of the home. Not to mention little pine cones that fell from the tree constantly and stepping on them was becoming a real pain, also when they would fill up our gutters along with the pine needles. I love pine trees, but these had to go.
Ben Vidito came right out, gave me a quote, and as I've used their services before, I accepted. Why waste my time with other, overpriced competitors.
They did an awesome job, ground down and out the stumps, cleaned up everything. You'd never know they were here.
Jeremy and the crew were fantastic. Hard workers, professional, pleasant, easy to talk to-complete pleasure to work with.

Ben Vidito came out promptly after my call. He confirmed quickly that my two big trees had been victims of the emerald ash borer. The trees had to be removed, but I had a busy schedule coming up, including travel. Ben worked to find a time when his crew could do the work, and they did indeed get the job done within my time parameters. It took four men between 5 and 6 hours to remove the two very large trees...without any damage to my house or my neighbor's (The trees were between the two houses). I had fretted out loud about losing my woodland garden under the trees, and so the men made the extra effort, through their skillful use of ropes, to "go easy" on it. The garden is in a much better state than I had anticipated, which was very important to me.

I have used them twice, and they are excellent. I think that their prices are very reasonable. They cleaned up everything and very careful with everything.

They showed up around 0900 with a crew of 3 people (owner, son and helper). They began working right away and were extremely efficient in the way they attacked the trees! Three hours later, two complete trees and the wind damaged large branches were completely gone and all mess created was completely cleaned up. These guys were EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and worked their butts off! We definetely feel like we got a great bargain for all of the work that they performed!

One of our mature trees was hanging over a neighbor's gutters and roof,. Wanted to get them trimmed for their sake. When they got here I asked if they could do some of the other trees. They gave me a price and I had them trim all of them. In retrospect, it was a very good thing with the storms,.We would have lost many more branches had the trees not been trimmed.

These guys are great! This was the third time I have used them since 2000. Their prices are very reasonable and Phil, the owner, really knows his trees. This time we had them out to remove branches from one tree which were inhibiting the growth of limbs on a second tree. We know we will need to eventually cut down the first tree mentioned as it was planted too close to our house (prior owner). By removing some of the branches now, the tree further away will have a chance to grow into the open space so that we will not be completely without shade when the first tree needs to be cut down. Phil really analyzed the situation and determined exactly which branches should be removed for optimal growth on the second tree while still leaving us with plenty of shade over our deck. They first removed furniture on the deck and protected our hot tub with plywood. Afterwards, they put all the stuff back on the deck and used a blower to clean up the sawdust. They even carted off MANY wheelbarrows full of old branches/stumps which we had accumulated and chipped them all AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! I tried to help but they just took over and did it for me. There is really no need to look anywhere else if you need any tree service!

Rain delayed the onset of work for two weeks. I was grateful that Vidito's waited to let it dry out before starting the job. When they arrived (on time and day requested) Butch added an extra crew. The combined team set to work immediately but not before Butch and I conferred one last time to review exactly what was to be trimmed. They completed the task within 3 hours. The yard will have much more sunlight than it did before.

I called to ask about tree work and made an appointment with the owner, Phil "Butch" Vidito to come and give me an estimate. Phil showed up on time and discussed, with my wife and me, what he could do We told him what we wanted, and he wrote up an estimate and gave us a date for the work. We were out of town when he completed the work, but it was done to our satisfaction. He removed several one large stem from a river birch that was on our house and trimmed it nicely. Really improved the look of the tree. He did the same type of work on two maples in the back yard. Should have done this years ago. I have used Vidito at my work, and his prices were well below one his much bigger competitors. Am having them spray my crab apple trees next spring.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD AT RETURNING MY CALL. THEY SET UP A TIME TO HAVE A CORD DELIVERED. THEY HAD A SMALL FEE TO HAVE IT STACKED ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND FRIENDLY.
