Asked technician if motor bearings and/or blower bearings needed
lubrication. Told lubrication not necessary because bearings are sealed.
Called company office several days later they repeated no lubrication
required. On Tuesday Oct 3 I received installation-maintenance
instructions from manufacturer. These instructions clearly state that
blower motor should be lubricated.
Basically I paid these folks $71 for a filter change. This is not acceptable and I will not engage them again.
