My two bedrooms were in need of some tlc. Decided to schedule an appointment with a privately owned company instead of a big name when Frank had come highly recommended from a friend of mine. First off he showed up on time which is huge for me! Huge bonus, he has state of the art equipment. I have found in the past sometimes small businesses have outdated stuff that looks like it's on it's death bed. Sooo not the case here! He was very knowledgeable about the "filtration" lines I had along the perimeter of the rooms and more importantly how to get them out!  He took his time and got the job done right. The first time. It was refreshing not feeling pressured by him trying to upsell me on things.  Both of my bedrooms look amazing, carpet looks new and smells fresh. I will certainly have him back. I will most certainly refer him to all my friends and family.

Frank was on time, extremely polite, and on each occasion did a pre walk thru, and the final walk thru to ensure my satisfaction. His "basic" service is not so basic, and actually includes things that I've paid extra for from other providers. He pre-treated my carpet, took extra time on stains, and made sure my carpet looked great - all at no additional cost. I've referred him to several friends and co-workers, who have all been extremely satisfied.
