He was professional and was able to help us with getting me a spare hallway door handle to repair.
One of the locks he worked on was on an Anderson door we were having trouble getting to move (slide). He was unable to provide us with any suggestions or referrals to assist with that problem.
It is months later and the locks are still performing well.
