The whole process was just fine and the work was done in about 30 mins. and we are very happy with our new faucet. Shannon was on time, left a clean work area and was pleasant throughout.

He is excellent, on time and really personable. He drives a nice van with his name on the side of it. It's him and one other guy. He will show up on the job and not some representative. He follows up after the job to ensure everything's still running smoothly.

Performance Pro Plumbing is great - quick to respond to my calls, up front about the details, courteous, knowledgeable, and at a good price. We had our drain line from our furnace to the ejector pump replaced put at the proper angle so water was no longer pooling in it. We also had our exterior water spigot fixed since it was leaking. Shannon went over the possible outcomes with the spigot rather than just working on it and announcing after the fact that he had to punch a hole in the wall. (Some plumbers will not disclose all possible outcomes!) Luckily the worst case scenario of having to open up the wall was not necessary. We definitely plan on calling Performance Pro Plumbing the next time we need a plumber!
