Very well, we have used them twice this year and will definitely use them again. Very punctual, very hard working. Excellent results.

They told me for $65 I would get 3 hours of cleaning with one person. They sent over an older woman who was dressed up in nice clothes and did not want to clean. She finished my house in 2 hours and 10 minutes. After inspecting all she did was wipe down everything with a wet wash cloth. No furniture polish was used on wood furniture. She used the same bucket of water for the entire house floor/bathroom. She told me she vacuumed and I was down stairs and never heard the vacuum. I called Michelle to tell her that her cleaner stopped after 2 hours and called for pick up. After this I gave Michelle feed back and she cut me off and told me she had another call coming in and hung up. Would not recommend.

It was very dependent on which cleaning lady I was assigned. I had some stellar ones and some very average ones. I got a few in a row that were average at best I felt bad complaining about so many of them. The better ones seemed to leave more often, off to better opportunities most likely. It is one of the more reasonable cleaning services, so if cost is an issue, Michelle's is definitely worth a try. Be prepared to initially give a lot of direction to how you expect things to be done. If this is not needed, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I found this company through my realtor. The first woman they sent was ok. I've had my current lady for over a year, and couldn't be happier. She doesn't speak much English, but she gets things across, and lets me know what needs to be replaced, etc.I have a smaller house, but she's found extra things to do to fill the 6 hour slot.

Two ladies came for 3 hours cleaning. One of them was very inexperienced. She didn't even know the basics. She was very slow and did not do a good job. She did not know any English. The other was good, spoke some English. Their supplies were incomplete and asked me for few things even though I paid extra for all the supplies.

You can ask for three or six hour work to be done. Dont expect 6 hours work to be done in three hours. They work very well but the quality varies with the person who they send but not by much. Also, the messier your place is, the longer it will take so think of how long it takes you to clean and pay for the appropriate time. Also, most of the cleaners do not speak english very well, or barely, but they get the job done.They have been a life saver many times and I'm always pleased.

Michelle is honest and always does a good job. It is nice to have someone to clean the base boards and all of the hard to reach spots. She does this with great care. She brings all of her own supplies.

I have used this service twice before. I was told when signing up the first time, that all of their cleaners spoke some English. They come at 8 A.M. and work until 2 P.M. The first time, they were on time. The second time, they were 15 minutes late and she left 15 minutes early. Today, they were 30 minutes late in dropping her off. The woman did not speak or understand any English at all. I tried to explain, that I wanted a newly remodeled bathroom cleaned first, so I could put the contents back in place. She did not understand and only spoke back to me in Polish. I had to call and have her picked up, as I could not spend 6 hours today following her around and pointing to what I wanted done. I ended up cleaning the house myself.

FIRST TIME I USED THIS SERVICE, THE CLEANING WOMAN WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH and METICULOUS. THE SECOND TIME A DIFFERENT WOMAN CAME and THE RESULTS WERE MIXED.
