MICHELLE'S CLEANING SERVICE

Very well, we have used them twice this year and will definitely use them again. Very punctual, very hard working. Excellent results.

They told me for $65 I would get 3 hours of cleaning with one person. They sent over an older woman who was dressed up in nice clothes and did not want to clean. She finished my house in 2 hours and 10 minutes. After inspecting all she did was wipe down everything with a wet wash cloth. No furniture polish was used on wood furniture. She used the same bucket of water for the entire house floor/bathroom. She told me she vacuumed and I was down stairs and never heard the vacuum. I called Michelle to tell her that her cleaner stopped after 2 hours and called for pick up. After this I gave Michelle feed back and she cut me off and told me she had another call coming in and hung up. Would not recommend.

It was very dependent on which cleaning lady I was assigned. I had some stellar ones and some very average ones. I got a few in a row that were average at best I felt bad complaining about so many of them. The better ones seemed to leave more often, off to better opportunities most likely. It is one of the more reasonable cleaning services, so if cost is an issue, Michelle's is definitely worth a try. Be prepared to initially give a lot of direction to how you expect things to be done. If this is not needed, you will be pleasantly surprised.
