Everything was okay. Nothing needed to be done. They are excellent. They go above and beyond. If there is something small that needs to be done, they will do that for no extra charge. They are very friendly and professional. They always offer a loaner because sometimes you don't want to sit there and wait which is a big one for me.

My experience with them has been favorable. They do a good job. They get us in and out when it comes to maintenance. I have been pleased with them. I probably will be going back there again when it's time to lease another car.

It went well. They did a good job with prepping the vehicle and allowing me to do a few extra things. Their follow up and customer service is pretty good. They have been good with technical issues as well.

They did a great job. They've got a great facility do if you're waiting for your oil changed or car serviced even with the kids, they have a kids area and everything is really friendly there. We've got no problems with our car, we even purchased it there and it's been great. Today's visit was free because the last time I was there I ended up waiting a little longer than I was expected to and they had given me a free oil change.

Starting with the Service Rep Allison, every service detail was managed with professionalism and efficiency. These folks have sold and serviced my Acuras for since 1997. The experience is so consistent and pleasant. The appointment was made on line, everything was ready when I arrived. Allison met me at drop off and went over the paperwork. I decided to wait for the car to be serviced in their comfortable waiting area (starbucks and pastries on the house) and do some work via their complimentary internet connection.
The car was evaluated and I was informed what was needed and the cost. The car was completed as promised and washed. Allison reviewed the services and the status of other key components of the car. She also phoned the next day to make sure everything was fine and no questions had emerged. The check out was fast, accurate and I was on my way reassured all was well with the car.

When we took our Acura to the dealer to have an oil change we asked if they could look at the passenger side mirror since it was making noise when adjusted. we also asked if they could buff out a scrape on the fender.
when we picked the car up we were told that the only charge we would have would be the oil change.
the mirror was replaced with a new mirror since they had had this problem with the mirror on other MDXs and we would not have to pay for it. we also were not charged for the buffing of the scrape on the fender. We were told that McGrath Acura likes to take care of their clients and there would be no charge.
they are always friendly and professional and greet us with a smile. the staff is professional and treat their customers very well.

The staff is very professional, and their work is likewise- Excellent.

I like them that is why we use them all the time. I like their courtesy and then you get a loan a car for free. They are honest about what they are going to do and if your parts still are good for a couple of more thousand miles they will tell you so that you would be able to make a decision if you want to do it now or wait a couple of months or whatever it is going to take. So they are pretty upfront and honest.

Love dealing with these guys, very professional.

They’re fine though I wouldn’t say I had a wonderful experience. They’ve done the routine maintenance on our car since we’ve had it. They are convenient to my husband’s work location so we continue using them. We want to go to an authorized Acura dealer and they are the most convenient one.
