"Luxe Showroom has been in the remodeling and construction business for over 17 years. Our payment policy follows practices standard across the industry. The cabinet ordered was not in fact an incorrect size, but the appropriate cabinet specified by the manufacturer to fit the client’s microwave. As with all our clients, we reviewed the cabinet order and requested signed approval. After receiving the cabinet, the client was unhappy with the size he originally approved and requested a new cabinet with different specifications. We advised against this as the cabinet would not be to code and could potentially be hazardous. The first cabinet ordered was the appropriate size by code for his microwave. Against our advice, the client requested a new cabinet be ordered. Unfortunately when the new cabinet arrived he did not want to pay for the replacement cabinet. He refused the cabinet and was unsuccessful when he attempted to order direct from the manufacturer. Despite the client’s belief that we blocked the order, that was not the case. The manufacturer simply does not sell direct to the customer. Luxe Showroom created a beautiful kitchen and we certainly hope that he enjoys the space for years to come."
