They did an excellent job and the product was excellent as well. I am happy with the windows themselves and how they were installed. They were professional, hard working and they did not leave any messes behind. I would recommend them to other people any time.

The price was very reasonable for the work done, but the quality was average with a couple of blemishes in the wood from over sanding. Luckily, we are knowledgeable in woodworking, and were able to push back and insist that something be done to address this. Euro-Tech initially refused, saying it was a natural occurrence in the wood, but once we demonstrated we were knowledgeable, they backed off and provided us with a shelf to cover up the blemish-- not ideal, but it was something. Once we gave them the deposit (half the price), no phone calls were ever returned, and they did not meet the schedule they first promised. Internally, their different departments do not communicate, so we ended up having to do the communicating and coordinating in order to get the real installation date. I do not recommend using this company.

We were very happy with the final product but were disappointed in the customer service. As soon as we gave them a deposit, phone calls were not returned and the estimated delivery date changed. Their employees did not communicate with each other. I constantly had to call the owner, designer, shop manager and installer to obtain information and get them on the same page. It was extremely frustrating.
