The instructions for the 2 AC units provided by vendor were not the best but Tom and his HVAC technician Ron figured out how to install all the components. Post installation, both units work beautifully and cool better than expected. Also, they are quieter than anticipated. Shinco is a new AC vendor for the midwest and so there are not other installers to contact for advice. Also, Shinco does not provide electrical harness for the units and it takes skill and experience to figure out the wiring. Tom and Ron and their helper Colin did an excellent job. They were polite, professional and a true pleasure to know. I heartily recommend them for any electrical and/or HVAC need. The Shinco units are probably the best value in ductless AC that i have found on researching them for the past 3 years - but as a relatively new Asian product in the US, technical support is scarce and measurements are mostly in metric. Neither were problems and Tom and Ron handled the install beautifully.
