Forced me to change that motor after he had cut it out. He took away all the parts and the box so I have no warranty except with him. He told me to schedule another day to clean and pay additional.
He charged me $95 for travel which was not estimated earlier. He closed the floor 1 vents and opened the floor 2 vents, so the upper level was very hot. Started making jokes about my being hot at night.
The motor is very noisy and runs a lot. I need the papers for the warranty but he will not give the warranty to me.
I will never call steve of energy management systems again.
