Since 1979, our small family-owned business has been committed to providing customers with the best possible HVAC experience. We provide in-home service for residential furnaces, air conditioning systems, boilers, whole-house humidifiers, and air cleaners. Lennox products available for installation. Emergency on-call services available daily until 9 PM. (NOTE: DIY parts no longer available, effective September 1, 2018.)

The price was comparable to everybody else. I did not end up doing work with them. I ended up using someone else, but they were a close consideration and due in the running.

I really like the fact that the gentleman (estimator) that came out was very professional, helpful, and answered questions. He listened to me, and responded back to me specifically. He wasn't just giving me the general spiel. He looked at the situation and responded to me and my questions.

I haven't been there this year, but I plan to go back soon, as soon we get warm enough to start the air conditioning because I'll be changing out filters-- probably sooner than last year, based on the weather forecast. They always have the parts I need. If I walk in there and need  new filters, that's not where it stops because I always have questions about HVAC. And they always have someone there that has the experience I need to ask the question to. And they give me great advice and that usually helps me fix the problem that I have. I haven't had this experience but if they were to tell me they've got this great fact page out on the Web -- that would be the only way they could improve, because of all the questions that guys like me come in and ask... If they took the time to write it down and what the answer was and put it on the Web -- that would probably be going the extra mile, you know? To make sure that they're back there. I don't think they have a fact page. But otherwise, they're great.

I’ve always had good luck with Econotemp. You walk in, it's like retail. They not only provide the parts, but they also have expertise, so if I’m interested in trying to understand the job I’m embarking on they’re full of expertise and wisdom. I’m happy to tap into them, so, I continue to use them. And the plus thing about them is that, at one time -- I don't know if they still are -- but they were open on Sundays, which a lot of HVAC guys weren't. But I'm not sure if that's still true. They're very personable.I like their hours, the fact that they're open when others aren't. They don't have to put the parts on order. They always have the parts I needed so I didn't have to wait a couple of days. You could walk right in, get the parts, go out and do your job. I don't know that they need to improve on anything. They're always right there, price-wise. They're absolutely responsive and professional. I recommend them

Wonderful. I called late afternoon and they were at our house the next morning. The technician checked out the unit completely, knew what was wrong and talked over what needed to be done and how much. Our AC unit needed a new fan motor and capacitor. He went and back to the shop to get the parts and assemble it in the shop and was back and had it fixed before we knew it. Great service and technician.

I was very pleased with the service. I had to reschedule twice and they were very accommodating. When they had an opening a couple days before my service call they called me to see if I would like to move the day. They also called to see if their service man could come early which worked really well for me. The technician was very nice and professional. He had to go up into our attic when the heat index was over 100. Before he did any work he told me what was wrong and what he was going to do. When he was done he read off the list of repairs he did. The whole service call took just a little over an hour and cost me less than $250. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family. We have a boiler and when we were remodeling some rooms we purchased our radiators from them. That is how I heard about them.

It went well. I also go there for parts for my furnace and water heater. They were fine. I've always had good feeling with them. I don't remember any bad. The quality was fine.
