They came exactly when they said they would, took measurements and gave me an estimate. They delivered the shelves quickly and helped me out by removing the shelves the moving company had broken.

P****** Glass did an excellent job.  Due to heavy winds, a large tree branch hit a storm window on my second floor and broke the glass.  P****** Glass was able to come out in a few days and expertly removed the storm window, cleaned up all the broken glass, repaired the window on site, and replaced the window.  Jose was the foreman and, along with his assistant, did an excellent job,

We purchased a 3/8" clear tempered piece of glass with polished edging approx. 7' x 3'. We shopped around for quotes on glass both local and suburban. Our quotes ranged from $1200 (Beverly Glass) down to $600 (P****** Glass). We decided to go to P****** since we were doing our on install which was 1/2 the cost of our local glass company. They were also very courteous and helpful in how to install ourselves. ;I would definitely go back to them for future glass purchases. They also provided a very reasonable delivery charge for our purchase which helped considerably.

Removed old, ill-fitting gaskets on glass door shower in a timely manner.

Supplied and installed new gaskets.  Better than new.

Glass installed has sunk and door no longer works properly. Door hits glass wall when closing. Called D. P****** to request a service call. I agreed to the $125 service call to pay for the repair/rework.
Scheduled the work for Friday. They said repairman will be there sometime between Noon and 4 PM. I must wait for them. Stay home from work to wait for service man. He calls at 12:20 saying he wants to schedule a time to come. I call back at 1:15. No answer. I call back at 1:30, still no answer. I call their main line at 1:45PM and the repairman is there but does not feel like going back out again. Do I want to reschedule for some other day? No. I stayed home today and told them I would be here, which I was. They refused to come and do the work as scheduled.

The job went fine. The work has held up fine.

It went very well. They were very nice people. They showed up on time. They did everything right as far as I could see. They cleaned up the track of the sliding door as well as replacing the piece of glass. They cleaned everything up after wards, not only the glass but they cleaned up whatever mess they had created. This is the second time I used them.

I didn’t use their services to get the work done. Their estimate was higher than the other estimates that I had received. My experience with them wasn’t good. The woman over the phone was rude. She said that she would call back to inform me as to when they would come out to give me an estimate but she didn’t and they just showed up the next day. There was no appointment and the guy just showed up. I wouldn’t use their services again and I wouldn’t even call them.

They were absolutely fine.

They were prompt and efficient, an actual person answered the phone and sent an estimator quickly. Kept me posted on which work would be done and came when they said they would. I felt the cost was reasonable.

The project went very well. They gave me a good price, and accommodated my schedule well. No problems at all and I would definitely recommend them.

As soon as I walked in the door I could tell they were all very pleasant people. They repaired the storm glass perfectly. I would use them again.
