+ -1 moreVinnie was very punctual every time we had contact with him. This ranged from the first meeting to go over the project to the final cleanup and last minute of the project. The work went quickly, and the load bearing wall removal was complete the first day. Drywall installation was the second day as well as the start of mud/tape. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up the best they could, containing the dust to the workspace suprisingly well. We had done the demo with the exception of the loadbearing wall, so that did help him out. He priced the job accordingly. He worked with us and allowed my husband the extra time to do some work inside the walls before the drywall went back up. I would use Vinnie and BKB Remodeling again - and will, as soon as I get enough money saved for the next project.
Description of Work: Installed temp walls in the family room while removing load bearing wall. Provider installed a flush header between the kitchen and family room. Removed load bearing wall between kitchen and family room. He also installed drywall on the family room walls and where the new header was installed in the ceiling. Mud and taped all seams. Sanded and primed.
