We purchased the Angie's list deal. At first it was difficult to get a hold of a rep. But once the rep got my message he promptly returned my call and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He said that he never got a notice from Angie's list about our purchase so I cannot fault him for that. In any case because of this he had a guy come out just a few hours later on the same day to take care of our broken garage door spring. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
