Bob spent 4 months helping us to find and purchase a home. He spent countless hours with us and was always available when we called. He also consistently kept us updated regarding market conditions and what was new on the market in the area we wanted to live. He showed us dozens of relevant homes that met all of our criteria. He also showed us some that didn't meet our criteria, but he thought we'd like based on what he had learned about us and what he thought we were looking for. In the end, we bought (and are very happy with) a home that didn't technically meet our criteria, and we never would have found had our Realtor not taken the time to get to know us. We could not have had a better buying experience, and are very happy with the knowledge, experience, and friendliness of our Realtor, Bob Caemmerer. I cannot recommend Bob and Prudential American homes enough.
