I think the price was a little high for some of the work done. The work was done professionally and the workers were good. The problem was with the management. It was very difficult to get a hold of the person who owns the company to ask him questions. It took them a week to finish the work. The servicemen were good. They are good quality work men. The work done was very good. The problem was getting a hold of the management.

Our basement shower was built only 10 years ago, with a manufactured base and glass door in a frame. It leaked at the corners of the door, and over the years caused damage to the drywall and wood near it. Also the workmanship on the old shower was sloppy. Dan Madden at M&R Tile had recently redone a friend's bathroom and it looked great, so we gave him a call. Dan proposed ripping out the shower and starting over. (Another contractor had suggested the same, at a much higher estimate.) They removed the old tile and drywall down to the studs, then created a new tiled base and a threshold that angled towards the shower, and new wall tiles that extended a little farther than the old ones, to create a neater look and more waterproof surfaces. They then installed a new frameless glass door. It's been in continuous use for 3 months now, with no water issues, and it looks fabulous. We are very happy with the results.
