THIS COMPANY WAS HIRED BY THE MORTGAGE COMPANY. ORIGINALLY QUOTED $250, CHARGED $350, APPRAISER FILLED OUT WRONG FORM AND WANTED TO CHARGE ANOTHER $50 TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKE. HELD APPRAISAL REPORT HOSTAGE UNTIL $50 WAS PAID. WE DID NOT PAY IT - THE MORTGAGE COMPANY DID, AS IT'S RIDICULOUS TO ASK THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR ITS OWN INCOMPETENCE.
