The prep work throughout was good; the paint work for the railings, spindles, bathroom and bedroom were good, they took apart two brand new doors oak 6-panel doors and put something together wrong and messed up the lock, the other (which was a garage exterior door) the weather stripping is all messed up and they put shiny finish on one side and the other was satin (they were both supposed to be satin), they applied Multi-Spec paint up my stairs and in my hallway (this is a faux texture paint that has multiple colors in it) and they did not know how to do it and it is all striped (very visible). He tried to touch up a previous painters faux painting and it now looks horrible. He blamed it on the paint and agreed to fix it, I paid him and withheld $1,500 to make sure he finished the job. I now cannot get a hold of him and he has not responded to my letters. I have to pay someone else to sand the walls and repaint them. His painters also poured paint and cleaner in my grass and killed a big spot (which I now have to fix) and they shook their brush outside and splattered paint on my car. This guy is expensive and can paint good straight painting, but nothing else. I would not hire him nor recommend him to anyone.
