Excellent! I called and made an appointment about 2 weeks later. Dennis arrived on time and went right to work. It took about an hour so I left him to do his tuning. When he was finished he played the piano to verify his work, I paid the bill, and he left. Dennis is very personable, knowledgeable and seems to love his work!
