Erich is very, very thorough. He inspects every square foot of the interior and exterior of the home, explaining everything and answering questions as he goes along or after the inspection. If you end up buying the house, you will know the condition of every component. You will know what work needs to be done to prevent problems in the future. If you don't buy the house, you will feel confident that you dodged a bullet.
