John Oetking referred us to a designer who helped us put together a plan, which he then followed. He sub-contracted the electrical, plumbing and drywall work, but did the rest himself. John has the highest integrity, is reliable, and is a truly nice guy. He is well respected by suppliers in the area. He was helpful at every turn, and flexible when necessary. The job took a while to complete, but mostly because we took a vacation in the middle of it, and we were slow in choosing fixtures, hardware, etc. He has been very good about coming back and making needed adjustments. The reason for the "B" grade on quality is that it is, after all, a basement, and the woodwork etc. is not to the same standards that we would would use upstairs. We are nevertheless very pleased with the results.
