Stan Benash did all the work himself. He and I opened the ceiling and he asked permission to also open the floor above. It was all necessary to complete leak repair. He closed up the ceiling and finished it expertly including final paint. He re-tiled the floor above to match perfectly. Cleaned up each day and could not have been easier to work with. Excellent craftsmanship throughout. He actually did some work that he could have charged for but didn't. Very nice guy.
