Ralph is very professional. He showed up on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours He is very neat and left my furnace room in perfect order. I would highly recommend him.

Ralph showed up on time and ready to work. He read through the instructions for the hood and listened to my concerns and questions before starting. From start to finish took under 3 hours. He had extra parts with him that we ended up needing which saved time and the need to head to the supply store. It was a delicate job since he had to cut a whole through the side of the house to place the vent.
He will be installing a new furnace for the house soon and I have the utmost confidence he'll do another fine job.
I have also had Ralph service our HVAC units for years now. Not always easy too book since he's busy but he also has never not been prompt in responding when there was an emergency.
Highly recommended.
