We had some siding that blew off our house due to wind. Most contractors were not willing to do a small repair job, but I called Arturo at 4pm on a Friday. He came out at 10am the next day to give me a quote, and he had the repair completed within a few hours the same day. He was responsive, easy to work with, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had some leaks on my Warehouse roof. The Silver Phoenix lead guy came and assessed what needed to be done. Their crew showed up when they told me they would. They brought sufficient help to do the work that was needed. All of their guys were courteous and professional. I felt there pricing was reasonable and that they did a good job, so I hired them to repair some leaks on a second warehouse that I own. Again - I really liked the results on the second roof.

Arturo and crew did repairs to Valley. The resurfaced two balconies on the property. The work and workshop were excellent. They approach to resolving our roof seepage issues. I feel confident that they will s/b resolve our seepage issue. I will tell it the seepage issues were resolved. I had such a good experience with PROGRESSIVE ROOFING!. Arturo and his crew very responsible and honest! We just replace our house roof and garage! Also our cover patio roof! I Highly recommend them!! They work with our busy schedules!! This makes everything much easier for us!

Excellent. Arturo came to examine the area soon after my phone call and gave me the cost estimate. We made an appointment for his crew to come soon after and replace the flashing that storms had blown down. The crew arrived promptly on time and soon replaced the flashing and, in addition, fastened additional flashing that was loose and would have blown off in next heavy winds. Throughout, all were efficient, professional, and friendly. Way to go, Progressive!

We received three bids for a complete tear-off of our old roof and installation of a new roof. Progressive's quote was the lowest of the three, even including a layer of insulation not offered by the other bidders. The estimator and manager of the team, Arturo, was excellent in terms of communications and availability to discuss the project while it was underway. I appreciated his straightforward explanations of options (e.g., the aforementioned insulation) and costs; there was no "upsell" pressure. Although I cannot easily access the roof to assess the quality of the job (nor am I qualified to evaluate the work anyway), I'm comfortable the team did well by us. Certainly we've had no issues with leaking since the work was done (and leaking was a problem beforehand). There was a minor problem in that a roofer stepped through a weak spot in the roof, causing damage to a bedroom ceiling below. The provider fixed the problem area satisfactorily at no cost.

Progressive roofing is an amazing service provider. My roof had several areas that needed to be repaired from a preventative standpoint to extend the useful life of the roof. I called them up and Oscar their sales person was out the next day and gave me a detailed estimate that was more competitive than the 3 other estimates I received. I had no issue scheduling the repair and the crew arrived at 8am as they were supposed to and immediately got to work. Oscar came out with the rest of the team and brought them up to speed with what needed to be done and Jonathan the foreman took over after that. As they had to come in and out of my house several times to access the roof they were always very courteous. And they invited me up on to the roof a couple of times during their work to make sure that I understood exactly what was happening and encouraged me to ask questions so that I could feel comfortable that everything was being done to my satisfaction. Additionally the owner Arturo came by and also made sure that everything was going well. What great care and service. And you can tell by the current appearance of the roof that they are excellent craftsmen. I highly recommend Progressive Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I contacted Progressive and told them that I thought that I had a leak in the roof. Oscar came out with a small crew and evaluated the problem. He promptly responded to my call, scheduled a date to come out, and provided me with a description of the problem and estimate for the work. The work was completed quickly with a high degree of quality at a reasonable price. I was very impressed by my experience in working with Oscar. Extremely professional service. One of the best contractor experiences that I have ever had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Oscar came by and did a great job and was super professional. He didn't try to push anything on me and fixed a few things on my roof for a very reasonable price. When the time to replace my roof comes, I will def be calling up Progressive. Thanks for a very smooth experience.

Went great start to finish. My request for roof inspection was soon answered and appointment arranged for a crew to come. On appointed date, 2-man crew headed by Jonathan arrived promptly on time and set to work. They found that 4 shingles were missing, Luckily I had extra shingles on hand, so they quickly installed them. Throughout, the crew were efficient, fast, courteously responsive, and professional. I especially appreciated Jonathan's comments re care and condition of the roof, etc. Will hire Progressive again when needed (hopefully, not soon, but with Chicago weather one never knows)

I initially had some difficulty getting in touch with Progressive Roofing. I bought an Angie's list deal in September 2017 and could not get in touch with the company for several weeks. After some time I did hear from Arturo who was very apologetic and informed me that there was new management in the company and he would make sure the job got done. This was in the middle of the winter and Arturo let me know as soon as weather warmed up his team would perform the maintenance service i needed, which included replacing some shingles and inspecting a possible leak. Arturo was very good about following up until the weather warmed. His team came out and quickly performed the work, at the standard i was hoping. They also inspected the entire roof and identified additional issues that i had them address as well. The team was efficient, professional and were up front about the work that needed to be performed and whether it would require immediate remediation or was something that would not become an issue for years. They definitely made up for the original difficulties i had getting in touch with Progressive. I trust that Arturo is will continue being responsive and i would definitely contract Progressive to perform additional work for me in the future.

Oscar was great!!!! Thank you so much for making me feel like my roof issue was important. It was a small job and I couldn't get 4 other contractors to either show up or even finish their quote, let alone fix it.
