I shopped around for companies that offer replace windows. After discussing what needed to be done, pricing and going through Eric's brochures, I decided to go with him.
The order took a bit longer to complete and there were discrepancies in the work that was done
After the final payment was made, I tried contacting him about some issues with the windows and some of the work, there was no response. I have resorted to contacting the manufacturer for help with my windows.
This is quite frustrating since i expected excellence as the company has stated on their advertising.
I hope this can be resolved as I do have a warranty service and require my home to completed for my family to move in.
*we love the windows, the customer service however, is unfortunate.
