After the original company''s refusal to fix their incorrectly installed system (including having the employee who was at our house calling and texting my wife and harassing her multiple times, ultimately ending with a police report), we called Nelson's back (Paul) to install the correct system.
Long story short - Paul arrived on time, correctly installed the opener and correct spring system. He was fast, efficient, and the price was reasonable.
