Description of Work: They were very responsive in my first conversation with them, but then just became a black hole. I sent multiple emails and calls with zero response. In my opinion, they were just looking for the big job.

 + 0 moreSteve was excellent. He offered advice on the best location and listen to our needs and desire for the new television and speakers. He made recommendations on a different solution, that in the end was the right call. Although material was back ordered he did a wonderful job to work with our schedules when the products did come in. When installing the products, Steve was very considerate of our possessions and made sure that he was clean. Although the speakers did take sometime, as he stated prior, they are perfect. They look as if they were always there. He was very helpful and a pleasure. We have somethings down the road to get done and look forward to having him help us with the new intercom system we want to install.
Description of Work: Installed new speakers in an old house. Ran wire through existing walls with no damage. Provided and hung LCD TV and connected to stereo system. Installed two additional phone jacks.
