KABAL SURVEYING CO

Never bad. Very unprofessional. I had talked to Mitch about a residential plat of survey on May 17 it’s now June 15 and they told me after a month to look for another company. How unprofessional and unreliable is that ? They obviously don’t care. And they laughed about and told me “Good Luck “

I contacted Kabal Surveying Company on 7/16/13 to get a estimate of how much it will cost to get my property marked. Was told it would be around $250.00. I did not need the Plat of Survey as to I still had it when we purchase the house 10 years ago. This is the company that did the Plat of Survey.  On 7/18/13 I re-contacted the company & explained that I wanted to set-up a date, as soon as possible, if possible to get someone to marked my property lines, as to, I needed some outside work done & this was holding up the job. I was told by Mitch that nothing was available 'til mid 08/13 & the cost would be $350. or so. Mitch requested for me to fax over in detail what I was requesting, along w/the order no. of plat of survey, & to include my telephone no.# of where I can be reached. I immediately faxed everything Mitch had requested. Days past & did not hear from Mitch. Today, 7/23/13 I contacted company & Mitch picked up the phone I explained to him that I was waiting for him to call me or reach me by email as stated on my fax coversheet that he had requested on 7/18/13. Mitch treated my follow-up call as if we have never spoke before. Again, he asked when did I want the property marked I told him A.S.A.P but that he told me they would be able to do it around mid-08/13 so I was willing to wait. It is today, 7/23/13 that I find out from Mitch at Kabal Surveying Company that they would NOT be available to some in the future & to contact someone else. When I asked Mitch is this how they treat potential future customers? He did not give it NO importance & said, Goodbye. I rate Kabal Surveying Company 2-thumbs down!

We were having a garage built and needed to get a survey of our lot done for the work to begin. We faxed to them the information they requested and they quoted the land survey would be $500.00 with stakes or $400 without stakes. We went with another surveyor for $350.00 for the survey to be completed with stakes. We didn't use them because we felt their bid was high.

THIS WAS A FATHER & SON WHO SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. BECAUSE ONE OF THE MARKERS IN BACK WAS NOT CLEAR, THEY DID MOST OF THE WORK AND THEN LEFT TO DO RESEARCH. WHEN THEY RETURNED THEY EXPLAINED THAT THIS AREA WAS A SUBDIVISION OF A SUBDIVISION; AND THEREFORE THERE WAS AN OLD MARKER AND A ''NEWER'' (ABOUT 70 YEARS OLD) MARKER. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILL. ALSO THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED.
