He is very personable and very helpful. He answered electrical questions that I had for him, which I really appreciated. He is has been in business for a long time. Everything looks really nice and neat.

They did the work and everything is still working. Their pricing seemed very reasonable. They were very respectful about being inside my house. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

Terrible. The owner, Jim, came over to give us an estimate and said it would be about $650. But on the day of the work, two other men showed up and started working without talking to us about what we wanted. They were uncommunicative and sloppy. They left wrappers, wire, and screws all around the house. They installed a dimmer upside down. They left the house without completing their work and had to be called back to put in the ceiling fan, then they put it in wrong (wiring the remote to itself). They wired a socket with wire so short that it came off in our hand. We had to go behind them and redo much of their work. Then they charged $200 more than the estimate. I called the owner to complain and he promised me a $150 refund but he failed to deliver it. When I called later to follow up, the secretary called me "crazy" and hung up on me. I had to threaten to sue to get the $150 "refund". Terrible job all around.
