he took it upon himself to make the landscaping larger and did not consult me and then demanded I pay him an extra $1000.
had a very hard time getting him to finish the job...had to have lawyer contact him to get the job done
did not have a contract, or written guarantee......let him do the work then in the spring had some dead plants, dead tree and more weeds than plants.....just received a letter stating that for the amount of work they did and the plants they planted they had far exceeded their obligation and would not be doping anything for me.
I had asked several times about a guarantee and was assured that everything would be guaranteed.
I think he acted very unprofessional by doing the things he did....now I am stuck trying to find someone to fix what he refuses to take care of..... what he won't keep his word on.
