We also offer glass bending, lamination, tempering, cutting, drilling, beveling, polishing, custom glass fabrication, and delivery. We warrant all mirrors, glass and shower doors that we install to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of installation. As a member of the National Glass Association, Baer Glass guarantees your satisfaction at the time of installation. Any parts or workmanship found to be substandard at the time of installation will be promptly corrected at no cost to you. Replacement of warrantied items includes labor and materials. In the past (6 years ago) another glaas company had replaced windows for us and not addressed this underlying problem, making these still costly glass replacements only temporary fixes. The knowledge, professionalism, and ethics of Mr. Baer was a refresshing contrast.
Although we did not purchase windows from Baer Glass at this time, I can say that the cost of the replacement glass he quoted was less than we paid isx years ago for windows of the same dimensions with that other company. In terms of integrity, professionalism, knowledge, and customer concern I definitely give Baer Glass Inc. the highest ratings.
