We rented a home from Grid 7 back in May of 2014 for a July 1st move-in date. We gave all deposits and 1st months rent to Grid 7 at the time of rental in May. We got a call 3 weeks ago that they can't find our dog deposit, so we had to pay it again... I contacted the owner of the home through Facebook, my new neighbor is her best friend still, so she said go ahead and contact her. I did and she will be terminating the contract with them on July 1st 2015 when our lease is up and will rent to us directly from then on out. It has been bad experience after another from my perspective and the owner of my home has had nothing but issues as well. Bad for both parties.
