John came out on a Sunday to check out the system that went into alarm. It turned out the the pump had broke. John cheerfully found the problem, replaced the pump, made sure the unit was working properly and was pleasant and informative the entire time. Really great, responsive service.

He showed me how he could tell it was the pump and not something else.  Then he walked me through what I needed to know about septic systems, even offered to find a manual for me and send it to me.  He was very professional, very knowledgeable and came across as an honest guy.
To breakdown the price I paid, he charged me $300 for the pump, time and half for labor on a Sunday morning (rather than double time like other places do), and I elected to pick up a service contract from him for $250 a year for 6 month check ups on the system.  Came to a total of 690.  I think he did a great job and is giving me more piece of mind to know that my system will be inspected regularly to prevent more alarms from going off at bad times!  Long story short, I recommend Zeilinga Services for anyone who needs septic work.
