Called them out to install some skylights for us. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. He actually seemed to really like and care about his job. You don't see that much anymore. After talking to him in-depth he also mentioned they had a solution for keeping leaves and debris out of our gutters. We had him give an estimate on both. The quote came in lower than our fears were, specifically for the skylight install. They were backlogged and had to reschedule to do COVID but they were worth waiting slightly longer for. The gentleman who came out to do the job were very friendly, professional and did an awesome job. They ran into issues as we were expecting with our steel roof, but they figured out a plan B and got the job done. Super, super impressed and thankful we called the right company to handle this work. We will most definitely use them again!

Top to Bottom Exteriors is fantastic! On a scale from 1 to 5, I would like to give them a 10. Hector was extremely thorough and competent. He met with our insurance adjustor at 730am to collaborate their findings. Hector worked with us to ensure that replacement and repair of our roofing, siding, gutters and fencing was done to our satisfaction, many times going out of his way to ensure color matching and design. He made many helpful suggestions to improve our home. We also contracted with him to paint our exterior trim and the results were expertly done and gave our home a crisp dazzling look. All the workers with Top to Bottom were polite, courteous and professional, answered all our questions. Without a doubt we would choose Top to Bottom for any of our future needs and would recommend the company to friends.

From the very beginning to the end of the job, this roofing company displayed professionalism, attention to detail, and phenomenal follow-up. They handled all of the liaison with the insurance company. This was a great relief, as the last hail storm we were denied, while all of our neighbors received new roofs. I could not believe how quickly the job was completed and the entire area outside was left spotless when the job was completed. I would like to make a special mention to Hector Cervantes and Xochilt. They were truly a pleasure to deal with.

I got three quotes for a roof replacement to be done in the Spring of 2019, and Top to Bottom was one of them. Hector took a lot of time explaining the job and the details involved. He also showed me two different styles of roofing to choose from, and was willing to negotiate price to match my other quotes. I was impressed with both him and his willingness to negotiate with me until we reached a final agreement. I look forward to working with this company in the Spring.
