I'd highly recommend synergy. We had them convert a porch into a three seasons room and we did a full kitchen/mudroom gut job. The quality of their work (and that of their subcontractors) was excellent. I found their pricing to be competitive with other top design-build companies. Lastly, their staff was very friendly and professional. They addressed any concerns I had quickly and completely, and my projects were finished on-time, on-budget. I will plan to hire them for future projects.

Synergy did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend them. We could not be more pleased with the look of our new kitchen, the quality of work and the way the project was executed. The materials and sub contractors used by Synergy are of the highest quality. Our kitchen has a "high end" custom look, but at a cost that was less than what was quoted by other big name area design build companies. Synergy was very flexible, detail-oriented and organized through the design and quoting process. We had very few surprises and the final project came in close to the original budget. I was very impressed with our project manager Brad. He maintained a very tight timeline and there was always someone working at the house. We completely gutted our kitchen, expanded our laundry room, and refinished all the floors on the first level of our house. This work was completed in about 9 weeks (1 week ahead of schedule). Brad and the rest of the Synergy team was extremely responsive to any concern (no matter how small) and made sure we were 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING.

We had our master bathroom remodeled. We had it done sixteen years ago by a different company and it was not done right. Megan did an excellent job on the layout and design. Gary was the project manager and was in touch with me often. The workers were clean and did a very nice job on the tile, glass and cabinets. There was a slight delay because of some materials were delayed but overall I am pleased with the workmanship of the project.

Outstanding job and communication from design to finish product. They did my house in Inverness 10 years ago and when I down sized I had come back to do my new house. The detail and quality of work is why I hired again. They finished about 1,400 sq ft which included an Irish Pub Bar look that is the focus of the room. They have also completed a finish basement for my sister and her husband about 3 years ago too. We are completely satisfied and enjoy entertaining in our space.

Amazing! Couldn't ask for a better experience. This company is dedicated to providing the best experience possible to their customers. From start to finish, Synergy met all our needs and expectations. Never once did I have to chase down a subcontractor or trade. Never once did I feel we were being put on the back burner. Never once did I feel Synergy wasn't working for us. It was money well spent.

Perfect! We could not have been any happier with the final results and the process they employ every step of the project. The quality of their work is excellent and much a higher quality than we expected based on what we paid for the project. They are a completely professional, efficient, and caring company. My husband and I were so very happy with Synergy Builders in the remodel of our kitchen.  Our project started on the exact date agreed upon.  We were helped immensely thru every stage of the project, design, colors, cabinets, hardware, etc.  We were introduced to the company with an initial meeting with Sharon.  Katie helped us so much in choosing cabinets & colors.  Mark was in contact with me every step of the way as our project manager.  He went above and beyond in making sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible and any problem large or small was addressed immediately.  I had an end of project meeting with one of the owners, which I can say I have never had in all the projects we have done in our house over the years.  He assured me that there company would like to handle any problem in the future that may arise with our new kitchen.  Both my husband and I will not hesitate to use this company again for any construction or remodeling projects we have.

The project went very well.  Synergy's method for designing, product selection and communication is second to none.  Their team is detailed oriented and thorough.

Synergy was outstanding. Their communication skills are excellent.  We were not rushed through the designing of the basement.  They encouraged us to take our time and to be sure. Also, we loved that this was a "one-stop-shop" spot.  They professionally led us through all the stages of design and selection of ALL materials, including carpeting. We appreciated their excellent use of the schedule they developed. This was very important to our busy life. We always knew what to expect and when to expect it.  Truthfully, we were pleasantly surprised at how well they stuck to their schedule.  All materials were here before they began work and ready  when they needed them.  We have two storage areas, a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and closets in our new finished basement.  The project manager and all workers were professional, friendly, clean, and wonderful communicators.  We were absolutely thrilled with their work, genuine passion for their product, and sincere respect for our home, and us.  They completed our project on time and checked in after the project was completed to be sure everything is satisfactory.  We will definitely use them for both small and large projects again.

We had an excellent experience working with Synergy Builders. Their professionalism, high quality, and commitment to the customer was clear in all phases of the project. We would recommend them and hire them again.  They were able to recommend solutions/approaches that we did not think of and often they turned out better than I expected. The team was great at communicating, they kept me up to speed and were quick to respond to questions. The work was completed with a high degree of quality and the job site was kept clean with no landscaping being disturbed.  We ended up spending a little more on the project than we wanted to, but we felt it was worth it because we were getting everything we wanted in the design. The project also took a couple of weeks longer than planned due to late deliveries of building materials.

They did a fantastic job.  From the designer, to the clean up crew, all were extremely professional and we were very pleased.  The designer, Sharon, did a wonderful job of re-configuring our kitchen.  We both love to cook, and she made the kitchen more functional, easier to move around, easier to clean, and it looks beautiful.  The production crews, led by Mark, were excellent. They all paid attention to details, always left the work site cleaned up, and  the quality of the materials and work were far above our expectations.   We are very pleased and will use Synergy again.  

We had a very positive experience with everyone at Synergy Builders.  Their professionalism and knowledge are outstanding, not to mention the attention that is paid to every step in the project's process. Brian and Colleen made our experience easy and pleasant, from the scope of the project, selection of the products and the expected project's time line, they had our best interests in mind.  Jim, our project manager, was awesome.  We were given a day-by-day plan of the project and Jim worked that plan.  We knew what and when to expect things to happen.  Excellent work was performed by all the tradesmen.  We appreciate the protection of our wood, tile and carpeted floors during the project.  They respected our home and were reliable and punctual.  We can not say enough about our recent experience with Synergy Builders.  We have more projects and would welcome Synergy to provide their services.  We are very, very happy.

They are outstanding to work with.  They work with the client and are very clean and neat.  Before they leave the work site, they are great and thorough with clean-up.  Every single tradesman is vetted out so I have a lot of trust in their abilities.  They're meticulous with meeting scheduling and timelines.

Synergy was great to work with. We were totally happy with the work.  Adam our project manager was always there for us.  And Mark the master carpenter is fantastic.  I believe he is now a project manager with Synergy Remodeling.   A few furniture pieces were damaged during the moving of furniture.  Synergy paid for refinishing those pieces.  Removed all debris daily without a dumpster sitting in my driveway for the 2-3 month project. We went on vacation for 3 weeks and allowed Synergy to continue working.  They had all the hardwood floor, installed, stained and polyed when we returned.  We were never impacted by the chemical fumes.   One oversight on the designer's side (and we didn't catch), is placement of the toilet paper holder.  If I had to do it again, I would have had one imbedded in the wall tile backing to my shower.  But now that won't work.  I'm still reflecting on where to mount one.  While renovation is never painless, this company does its best to make it so.  I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with and highly recommend them.

We had a positive experience having Synergy do our kitchen update.  They installed new countertops, cooktop, sink, faucets and disposal.  Their price was competitive and they stayed within their cost and time-frame estimates.  Sharon, our project developer, guided us along every step of the way and helped us pick out the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen. She always took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable with their process.  Quality work was done by all members of their team and the sub-contractors they hired. We ended up having a couple of issues, but they were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We would definitely consider them for any future projects we may have.

Synergy Builders, Inc completed a master bathroom update with the features and look that we wanted.  We researched five potential home remodelers and selected Synergy Builders for their outstanding design expertise, permitting and planning, subcontractors and suppliers. The testimonials of satisfied customers and a construction process that has a documented attention to quality workmanship gave us the confidence that the job would be done correctly.   We ultimately spent a bit more than other estimates and we believe the extra cost was justified based on the design, finishes and overall quality of workmanship.   
Synergy Builders, Inc. has some excellent employees with a special thank you to Brian and Nicole in leading us through the initial design phase. There were at least a couple of visits to sit with Nicole in her office as she drew out design possibilities, then three visits on-site for granite and tile, and then in our home for paint colors. I don?t think we would have been as pleased as we are with the end result without her help.   Steve our Project Manager and assistant Tom  were regular visitors to the job and kept us informed each step along the way.  Tony and Pat, the electricians, were a pleasure to have in our home. 
 
Synergy Builders, Inc. used several subcontractors during the course of the update.  The porcelain tile work by Steve was
phenomenal.  He?s a perfectionist!  Steve, our Project Manager, listened to us when we identified some problems with the plumbing, granite and mirror installation and took care of our concerns. All the subcontractors were personable as well as professional.
 
Finally, we have to say how much we appreciated the protection on the wood floor and carpeting, shoes always removed, the banisters on the steps were well-wrapped for protection, all of our bedroom furniture was padded and wrapped to protect from the dust.  There was a zippered plastic ?doorway? on the entrance to the bathroom being remodeled as well as the entrance to our bedroom as more protection.  The end-of-the-day sweep up was done without fail.  The care taken, the professionalism, the workmanship, was all very much appreciated.
