First off, they actually responded to email inquiries and were great about following up. We had some weather delays and they kept me in the loop and communicated well during the scheduling process. We were out of town when they did the install -- they did exactly what they said that they would do, left the yard in pristine condition when they were done. They even programmed the system in our absence. Small yard, but a big, complex job in and around lots of exotic plants

Salinas & Sons installed my sprinkler system in 2015. They have come back each spring and fall to service and maintain it. They respond quickly, are dependable, and are always professional. The system works as promised at the point of sale. I have had only a few minor issues which they have corrected in a timely manner. I feel I have had excellent value for my investment. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality sprinkler system that is installed and maintained by people who know what they're doing.

This is a multi-generation family company with integrity. They did a great job designing and implementing our corner lot sprinkler system. We needed a pressure-boosting pump. They also installed a high-tech controller that links with local weather reporting stations. After installation, they quickly came out to make adjustments to assure perfect coverage and operation. They also handled the permitting and approval process which is pretty challenging here in Evanston. We had multiple bids and they were also the most economical. We highly recommend this fine company.

I used them in fall. Not only they came late but demanded more money because it was cold that day. There was no agreement when they started work but demanded extra monies after work was completed. I have used them in the past but with my last experience I would look somewhere else.

Salinas & Sons is a family owned business and from my first meeting with Fabian I new I had made the right choice in hiring this company. On the day of installation I had the pleasure in meeting Fabians father,, Ismael, his brother Rich, and had spoken to Mr. Salinas daughter whom runs the office. I cannot praise this family enough. The workmanship was perfect and any questions I had were answered immediately. I will without hesitation recommend this company to anyone interested in a sprinkler system.

Fred Salinas an an associate showed up on time. He was very professional. He should me everything that was wrong before he did anything. He also made sure that I was ok with replacing the defective parts within the system. He also took the time to reprogram the sprinkler system so that we wasted as little water as possible. At the end, he made sure everything was working the way it was supposed to. They took about 90 minutes to finish all of the work. I am very happy and would gladly use Mr. Salinas' services again. I will be calling him in October to shut the sprinkler down.

Great customer service. They arrived on time and took care of our sprinklers as promised. They also went out of their way to work around our schedule.

The technician in my service area called back within an hour or two and stated that he could do the work the same morning. When I described the system, he even stated that it could be done for $5 less than the initial quote (since it could be accessed easier). The work was completed quickly and efficiently. He was a friendly and helpful service technician.

They showed up on time, were polite and showed me how to make future adjustments if I needed. I was aware of a broken sprinkler head and they found a few more that were leaking severely. Before replacement they showed me the problem areas for approval prior to repair. Price was reasonable and work was done professionally. I will be using them moving forward, most likely my neighbor will be as well, for fall system blow out and spring system start up.
