REMAX - Michael Spejcher

It's my first time dealing with a realtor so I am not quite sure what to expect. He has definitely been available to me and has shown me a lot of different homes and he has been really good about showing me the variety that I would be able to get within my price range. He did point out when he saw shoddy craftsmanship that I may not recognize. He would also offer pretty inexpensive ways to fix things that I didn't like in a house so he was able to help me with different options that we really had. I haven't paid him. He is very good at getting back to me when I call or e-mail. I wouldn't be using him in the future. I just don't think that he's interacting very well with me as he's addressing all of the issues to my boyfriend and not addressing me at all.
