Very responsive and came out the next day. Great job would hire again.

Went well. Brian provided me with fair quote. We agreed on price and he showed up and trimmed trees as agreed. A courteous guy and he made it look easy. It's obvious he's been doing this a long while.

I called a number of different tree service providers who all gave me a 2-3 week time frame in which to get the job done. I called Brian who was the only one who was willing to come out the next day even though I lived outside of his service area. Brian arrived on time and tackled the job single handedly. Brian was extremely professional, friendly, and polite. Some of my branches were hanging over onto my neighbor's property which he took care of. He even made sure to clean up their side with his blower when he was done. I had begun the process of trimming my trees before Brian came out and had a number of large branches I had to get rid of. Brian offer to chop them up for me as well. Overall, Brian got the job done in the time frame that I needed and worked with my budget.

Brian and his team arrived on time and did great work for a good price. They also catered to my requests to stack firewood from the tree and cut a cross section through the trunk. Would definitely hire again.

Brian did a tremendous job. He could not bring his truck to it given a close proximity to power lines and our septic system, but he took the tree down and cleaned up in just over 5 hours. He took the tree down and took away the wood also. He's meticulous, thorough and quoted us a very reasonable price - we are personal friends so I realize he may have given us a break on the price. His clean-up was incredible not a stick left in sight!

I was very satisfied with the work. Both trees still had a nice shape and the maple had some heavy limbs removed that threatened the house. Brian obviously had a very thorough knowledge of the trees and recommended a sound strategy to trim and save the maple.

Did a fantastic & thorough job removing our large tree stump. Spent extra time leaving the site neat and clean. Only strike against was a significant additional surcharge for gas and tolls ($75) that was not disclosed at time of scheduling. He mentioned our job was far for him, and I said he could wait to schedule our work when he had others in the area, but did not mention surcharge until he handed us our bill.

Eveything went well

Provider did an excellent job removing the tree stump, and spent lots of time and care on the project. Cleanup was great, and he went the extra effort to schedule local utilities to check for gas, electric, and cable lines before working. However, we were billed an additional $70 for "Travel, fuel, and tolls." Had I known that, I would have tried a local tree service.

Great service. Brian was out on time, was my most affordable quote, and did a great job. He has a stump grinder on ramps that minimized disruption to my raised beds. Did a nice job relocating the new tree a few feet away from old one. Great communication thru the whole job.

Made appointment, Brian showed up on-time gave me an estimate. We scheduled the work few weeks later. Excellent work: tree was pruned and Brian cleaned all branches from both mine and neighbors yard and roof. Great service.

Great. Prompt. Thorough

Although weather delays delayed Brian's arrival, he did a quality job.  It's rare a vendor performs a service at my home that, when they depart, I have nothing to address.  No clean up whatsoever!  It was amazing.  I assumed I'd have to clean up my landscaping, perhaps rake up minor debris.  Nope.  Nothing.  Brian did it all and even got his blower out and blowed our driveway clean!  For this Type A gal, that was exciting!

Quality Tree Service was awesome - I contacted Brian and he was out the next day to offer a quote and 2 days later was cutting down the 2 trees.  He came back a week later to do the stump grinding.  All went well.  Brian was very professional and contacted me to tell me when each step was completed.  I definitely would do buiness with Quality Tree Service and Brian again if needed.  Thanks

Brian was in contact with me pretty quickly after I purchased the deal and we set up a time for him to come and look at some of the work I had in mind (pruning of several trees). After assessing the work, he wrote up an estimate and told me he'd come in the next couple of weeks to take care of the pruning (it wasn't an urgent job). The day he was scheduled was very windy and rainy but he came anyway and took care of most of the work; he had to come back a couple of weeks later to finish up the last tree. Brian was very communicative and professional throughout and did a very thorough job with the trees...  it's shocking how different they look now that someone's given them some TLC! I would definitely hire Quality Tree Service in the future.

Brian responded to my initial call for an estimate within an hour and was at my home to assess the work, give us an estimate and potential dates for the job. From the 5 services we called for estimates, Brian was the more personable and clear on details, gave us a decent estimate and I felt he was the right person for the job. Once I confirmed the job, I was given the two potential dates in September.
Brian arrived on time (he had called a day before to give us a reminder). He proceeded to work on the tree and in the second half of the job (regarding the branches that were hanging over the house) he was scheduled to be joined by an assistant since that part of the job required someone to help lower the branches carefully via winch so they won't damage the house. Since his assistant wasn't available, I volunteered to help Brian as I was assisting in clearing out the cut branches anyway. Brian repaid me in kind by cutting part of different dead tree that was leaning heavily so that it would not endanger cutting a phone line if it fell.  
Work went smoothly and the tree is well aired and balanced.
The area under the tree and around the chipper were cleaned and the job was finished right at sunset.
Brian has a BA in Forestry and knows his trees well. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with.
I would recommend this service wholeheartedly!
