 + -1 moreOur retaining wall began to tip almost immediately. Asked Mr. Lopez to fix wall and he would not. Wall was built incorrectly with improper footings a drainage. Mr. Lopez claims the wall failed because my gutter were not cleaned properly. Paver patio was built to high. Water runs into house instead of away. Paver patio is falling apart.
Description of Work: Contractor was asked to put in a paver patio and a retaining wall.
