Peerless Fence

We hired Peerless for a large, very expensive residential fence installation job. The installation was outsourced to a company that charged us a couple hundred extra to do a smaller task that wasn?t included on the work order, but was supposed to be included. We asked that they leave any extra materials for future repairs and nothing was left so we have zero replacement boards to use. I have contacted Peerless 10+ times regarding needed repairs, emailed photos like they requested (multiple times), sent follow-up emails, and no one has responded to me after contacting multiple people. The problems with the fence include: 1) Three gates - that are very difficult to latch/unlatch, and/or are sagging, and/or have large gaps when closed completely, and/or have cracked posts. 2) Splintering and cracking boards and boards with holes through them due to using subpar boards. We HAVE TO use Peerless to do the fence repairs since the timber used is exclusively sold to them.

PEERLESS FENCE GROUP is associate with Home Depot. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP hires outside contractor to do their jobs for them. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT supervise of has any contact whatsoever with this contractor while your fence is been installed. The contractor is basically working on its own, if you are having any issues with the contractor or the installation of your fence, PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT assist you. Do get in contact with one of their employees you have to go through an answering service and or email them and they DO NOT call you back the same day it took 3 days exactly for someone to call me back as I was having issues with the contractor. Do NOT recommend this company at all.

Peerless installed a fence in our backyard earlier this summer. The sales team was extremely helpful as we had to deal with revisions from both our HOA and city code regulations. While it took a while to arrange installation given the weather earlier this season, the Peerless team was excellent in keeping us in regular communication. The installation team led by Raul was outstanding. They provided great advice with some of the final installation details / decisions that needed clarified. The team worked quietly and efficiently. Clean up was outstanding. Pricing was highly competitive, outstanding work and service, highly recommend Peerless without hesitation. We love our newly fenced-in back yard!

THEY WERE EXCELLENT! IT TOOK A FEW MONTHS TO GET THE FENCE INSTALLED (DUE TO WEATHER), BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT AND WE LOVE IT. THE INSTALLERS WERE AWESOME, AND THE COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY KEPT ME POSTED ON ALL INFO I NEEDED TO HAVE TO MAKE SURE THIS HAPPENED AND THEN FOLLOWED UP. I WOULD DEFINITLEY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IF WE EVER NEED ANOTHER FENCE, THEY WILL BE THE FIRST ONES I CALL!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS!! THAT IS HOW HAPPY WE ARE.....THANKS PEERLESS FENCE :-)

They were excellent. The fence installation was tricky with many trees along the property line but the end result looks great. They voluntarily removed two old tree stumps from the fence path and used soil from the fence post holes to grade other poor-draining sections of the yard, which is much more than I had expected them to do.

They did awesome job, highly recommended, we love our white fence. Fine pricing, great serve, great warranty, and a outstanding owner!!! they make it easy and are beyond helpful!!

They refused to put the soil from the holes on a tarp. That is my only complaint.

Follow up was great, they were here when they stated they would and clean up was as if they were never here and we have a beautiful new split rail fence! Great job and good people to work with!

My fence was installed today and from start to finish everyone I dealt with at Peerless was professional, courteous and very accommodating even when I made some changes after the contract was signed. I have now used Home Advisor three times and will continue to use in the future.

From Paul the salesman to Javier the installer and his helper we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. We are happy with the competitive pricing and a job well done. We love our new fence.

Excellent service. They installed the fence before we got our new puppy. Ten days earlier than the contract date. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great job.

The salesman Don, was just wonderful always ready with an answer to my questions, extremely understanding of certain demands. The scheduling department also very proficient, taking care of everything necessary to complete the job, minus the permit, though, which was no problem to me. The installation of the fence, dynamite job, love my fence, well done Peerless!
