MENARDS

Mostly well. The kitchen design service is free but it's first-come, first-served so I had to wait a while to meet with a designer. He was knowledgeable, though, and helped me with some aspects of the design that we weren't sure about. They created plan view drawings and elevation view drawings to help visualize how everything looks. We ordered the cabinets and they came in about 3 weeks. Some of the doors had a scratch across the top. Two base cabinets were crushed in the corner, one was crushed in a noticeable spot and the other was mostly unnoticeable. Ordering the replacements was easy. The new doors came via Fed Ex and arrived in a matter of days. We decided to only re-order one of the two base cabinets and it was delivered to the store in a couple weeks time. We kept the cabinet that had very minimal damage in exchange for a $75 refund (25% of the price of that cabinet) but they would've replaced it if we desired. Overall good service.

THEY CONTINUE TO HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES AROUND.

THEY ARE A TERRIFIC PLACE TO BUY PLANTS. THEY'RE MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER BIG HARDWARE STORES OR PLANT STORES.

ANY TIME I HAVE ASKED FOR ADVICE WITH A PROJECT, OR WHERE TO FIND THE RIGHT TOOLS OR SUPPLIES FOR THE JOB, I'VE BEEN ASSISTED BY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY ASSOCIATES AT THIS LOCATION. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED RESPECTFULLY AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED DOWN TO, NOR DID I FEEL STUPID ASKING QUESTIONS. I'VE RECEIVED THIS KIND OF TOP SERVICE CONSISTENTLY AT THIS LOCATION. I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY BY FAR HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND AS COMPARED TO OTHER HARDWARE CHAINS.
