SEE ABOVE I am disgusted, and getting legal counsel.
After last payment no matter how many times I call or text he would not respond for months, now I have to put more money into a new remodel, how is that fair to any home owner.
My advice use your village contractors, not anyone online or any online service.
I still have all emails receipts and pictures as well as text
