This did not go well. Joe sub contracts everything out. Doesn't do any of the work himself. As a middle man, Joe did not manage his subcontractors work. There was glaringly obvious subpar work by the flooring contractors. Joe didn't say anything. Had them fix it. It looked worse. Between the air bubbles, swirl marks from sanding, scratches in the new wood across multiple planks... I was very unhappy. Joe was almost never on site. And failed to communicate most of our instructions to his subs. Frustrating would be an understatement.
