JC Disaster Services, Inc.

In early January a pipe burst in my basement while I was at work. By the time anyone got home the amount of water that had accumulated was insane, not to mention just about everything I had in the basement was damaged or completely ruined from the water. I was referred to JC from a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. First off, when this happened the first emotion I felt was absolute anger. I'm pretty sure that anger was still prevalent when I called JC. He's obviously dealt with people in my situation countless times because he was completely empathetic. He's in a crazy business.  In order for him to be successful devastation has to occur in one form or another. My flooded basement brought him business but he in no way pushed his services on me. He made me feel at ease through the whole process even though I was probably a bit rude at the beginning because my guard was up.  It was a crappy situation but it really couldn't have gone much better than it did.  I can't speak much about how competitive he is with pricing because I didn't have to shop around. I wanted the work done and done right.. his price seemed fair and he did a fantastic job. God forbid something like this happens to me again... But if it does at least I got a guy to call that I know will get the job done right.
