+ -1 moreThe team was not there as promised at 9 am, called and was told they went to the wrong address and another team will be there at 10:30 am. The team was very loud and noisy the entire team even though I pointed out I am working in my office and will be on the phone. My hard wood floor which I stipulated was important was barely done. I pointed out that no cleaning was done under the cabinets or the furniture which was easily seen. The dining room table was never dusted at all, had very visible dust on it. The one thing that upsets me the most is a scratch now on the bottom shelf of my new coffee table which is very visible! Finally, the price I was quoted to pay when done was not what I proved I received in a text. So I had to pay more than I agreed to when deciding on this vendor.
