Lupe and Martha showed up with their own cleaning materials, which was great since I had not moved in yet. Very diligent and thorough in their work. My new home shines! I would hire again.

The team was not there as promised at 9 am, called and was told they went to the wrong address and another team will be there at 10:30 am. The team was very loud and noisy the entire team even though I pointed out I am working in my office and will be on the phone. My hard wood floor which I stipulated was important was barely done. I pointed out that no cleaning was done under the cabinets or the furniture which was easily seen. The dining room table was never dusted at all, had very visible dust on it. The one thing that upsets me the most is a scratch now on the bottom shelf of my new coffee table which is very visible! Finally, the price I was quoted to pay when done was not what I proved I received in a text. So I had to pay more than I agreed to when deciding on this vendor.

"The house had an extreme amount of dust, everything was done to take all the dust and hair off, but with the amount of both it was impossible to take everything off. The scratch on the coffee table was impossible for us to do. And with the noise, we were there to do a job, the noise was consisten with the job. It was impossible for us to do the job at the price you were trying to pay. It was an hourly job for each worker, not a set price for all three workers."
