Raymond did an excellent job, and I'm very happy with how the tree looks! He used his bucket truck and trimmed off all the low-hanging branches, and performed more trims than I expected. He trimmed up to 20' high, and more. He evaluated the health of the tree, and was great at informing me of what I needed to know. I would certainly hire again - a very fair price, and quick service!

He did a great job. They were a lot better than expected. They were awesome and the crew did a great job. Pete is very personable and he is a really funny guy.

He was very professional and explained to me that he was going to ground up all the remaining stump and that I was not to try to plant grass till late next spring after it had had a chance to settle from the snow and rain.  
 His price was much more reasonable than the other two estimates.  I was very pleased with his work and the final results.

They did a very good job in terms of the detail work. We were satisfied and very pleased. They were very polite. It was a father and a son who who we mostly interacted with and they always made sure that they asked that we were pleased with everything that they did. So if they section by section they asked if that was okay. It initially took about three or four calls before we were able to connect with them.

I can not say enough nice things about this company! I would, and will recommend them to anyone in need of these services. They are kind, personable and polite. Everyone involved was incredibly hard working. Our job was done beautifully, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed in a timely fashion. My family so impressed and grateful for their efforts. I hope to have them do concrete work in the future, as well. More than an A+ rating in our book! Thank you so much.

Awesome!! This is the second time in two years that we used Hernandez Tree Service. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the people that run it. They exceeded our expectations when we used them 2 years ago and did so again this time. They are genuinely some of the nicest people to work with. The two brothers, Raymond and Jacob both came out to do the work along with their crew. They are extremely patient, ethical and knowledgeable yet do the job in record time. They have very professional equipment and workers. Their prices are extremely fair and the same applies to the comment I wrote two years ago. We could never have had as much work done if it weren't for their fair prices. In fact, they are so consciousnesses that both times we hired them, they have done even more work in the trimming than what they quoted us for and didn't charge us. They went through every tree in the yard and discussed immediate and future care needs and helped us with a carpenter ant infestation we have. The only issue is that they are busy with the ash borer situation but Mary, the office manager, still got me on the schedule quickly. She is also very nice to work with. We will be loyal customers for a long, long time.

Service was done quickly. They have a crane which made the removal very clean and complete.

The Hernandez brothers were very honest and knowledgeable with us in assisting what was best course of action as well as working out a plan that would be realistic with our budget. They were extremely fair in their quote. I was impressed with the crew and equipment that they came with to the job. I had no idea what to expect and was most impressed to so many skilled workers and high end equipment available for the entire day. The submitted a full listing of individual and professional references as well as proof of insurance along with their estimate. Additionally, that workers couldn't have been anymore courteous or professional.
Multiple neighbors keep raving about how great our yard looks now and what a great job the outfit did.
Not only would I use Hernandez's services again, I am most appreciative because I don't think we could have had as much work done as what we did had they not been so reasonable and fair in their pricing.

I highly recommend them! The owner Francisco is very reliable and very honest, which is sometimes hard to find. He really takes on his customers like his own. He takes good care of us.

They cut the branches of the trees which were nasty looking. There prices were very reasonable. They were very professional in what they did. Though I didn't see them every minute but my neighbors watched them for me. They came when they said they were going to come and it was based on my electrical lines getting dropped on the way, and they were very responsive. They did exactly what they said they would do for me. They did a nice job and they cleaned up after themselves. I was really happy with them.

RESPONSIVE, POLITE. GAVE ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO PRICE. PERFORMED SLIGHTLY MORE WORK THAN EXPECTED TO MAKE TREE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING. GREAT JOB AND A GREAT PRICE. SOMETIMES THEY CAN BE HARD TO GET ON THE OFFICE LINE, BUT ONCE I GOT THEIR CELL PHONE THAT WAS NO LONGER A PROBLEM.
