Hawx Pest Control

Hired Hawx to eliminate pantry moths and mice. They have not been effective with either service but came back and offered to address our situation for additional money. Not an ethical company. Their treatments have not been effective after 4 months. Save your money and buy moth traps and mouse traps instead.

A Legal Scam in the USA. I talked to the salesman and We agreed on 2 Bug applications, No more, Only 2 times. Hawx came 3 times without asking me for the extra time and Slammed my CC because they had it. Then this year a man called me to come out, I told him I only wanted 2 applications, No more. So he said ok. Then I get a Bill for 199.00 for early consolation fee. Your kidding Right ? I cancelled the same day I had them come out to sell me the service. The salesman said he would send me a Contrack on what we talked about"2 applications" only, Totallying 160.00, 80.00 each. So I called the billing department, Explained my problem, The lady said, I'm sorry about the extra charge, BUT our Company policy Is No Money Back. You signed the contract. The salesman Didn't tell me about any early consolation Costs. The salesman , Who represents Hawx Pest control Lied to me when he said the contract would be on what we talked about. Surely he didn't check the correct boxes on my contract. Then he said, as he was leaving, See You Next Year. Go Figure, Scam Job

Don't give this company your money... I called back in August to cancel my service because my year was up. Lady I talked too couldn't help me or give me a number to call for someone that could've help me. She told me someone would be reach out to me.. I been waiting for that since August ... they still are trying to bill me.

This service is a total joke. They do not schedule an appointment to be at your home the sales people are liars and tell you you can cancel as it is a monthly subscription but then charge you a 200 dollar cancellation fee. The tech in particular Eric who came to our home was rude to my wife and then rude to me when we asked that he keep our fence gates closed because of the dogs. The support from customer service was outrageous… they do not stand behind their service at all whatsoever. Best of luck if you use this service.

Horrible people to deal with.they lost a check that was given to a technician and charged late fees,put my account as delinquent.refused to deduct a stop payment on a check, customer service reps are rude and ignorant. Technicians are very sketchy characters,actually damaged a basement,leaving nasty residues on a finished floor.bug problem never went away.There are decent services out there,run away from these crooks and chase a salesperson away from your house if you value your property . It was great. I've been using them for 3 years. I work for charity here in Chicago. I use their services and they do work for our clients as well.

The service looks okay. I'm not in my house, but looking at the camera they did a very well.
